COMPETITION PREPARATION MEETINGS

Who: This meeting is for Competitive HOSA Members, potential Competitive HOSA Members, and HOSA Cabinet Officers.

What: Competitors have a special meeting for themselves in which they communicate ways to improve study habits for the competitions. The first couple of Competition Prep Meets will involve competitors deciding what competitions that they want to do. Prep also includes how to sign-up for competitions, which is a very tedious task. It is advised that studying actually be done on the free time of the competitors as Officers expect the signing-up process to be difficult because it usually involves taking steps like applying by the due date, taking a proctored mini-quiz, and differentiating between national and state requirements.

When: The second Thursday of every month. 3:45pm to 4:45pm.
